Inspired by the traditional Kapeu ear adornment, made from eco resin.

Gender neutral design, the real kapeu pounamu were commonly used to cool and sooth baby's mamae gums while teething. Also used by mum to help control/hook/detach the nipple while breastfeeding. The taonga could then stay with baby well on into adulthood as a whānau heirloom and connection to mum.
